How can I be sure an item is authentic?

All FreeTheSaint items have been authenticated by LegitGrails, an online expert authentication service known for their rigorous authentication process. Each purchase will come with a certificate and with it a unique scannable barcode so that you can verify the authenticity of your item as well as the certificate itself. Where do you source your products?

We work with established third-party sellers—primarily based in Japan—where luxury resale is highly regulated and items are carefully vetted for authenticity and condition.

How long will shipping take?

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your item(s) to ship. Rest assured that every effort is being made to ship out your order as soon as possible. All orders are shipped domestically via USPS. We currently do not ship internationally.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of this business we do not accept returns, so please review the images posted on our site closely before purchasing. However, you can contact us if you have tangible proof (verified confirmation through trusted authentication services) that the item you received could possibly be inauthentic. Once we verify this proof, we will gladly provide a full refund on the condition that the item is sent back in its original condition. This must be done within 14 days after receiving your purchase.

Do you offer payment plans?
