At FREETHESAINT, we curate authentic vintage and pre-loved luxury pieces that are carefully sourced, inspected, and selected for their individuality, quality, and timeless appeal.

Due to the unique and one-of-one nature of vintage luxury items, all sales are final.

We encourage customers to carefully review all photos, measurements, and condition descriptions prior to purchasing, and we are always happy to answer questions before an order is placed.

Authenticity Guarantee

All items sold by FREETHESAINT are guaranteed authentic.

Each piece is carefully inspected prior to shipment, and select items may also undergo third-party authentication.

In the rare event that an item is determined to be inauthentic by a recognized and reputable third-party authentication service, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with supporting documentation.

If authenticity concerns are validated, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue, including accepting a return and issuing a full refund upon inspection of the returned item.

Vintage Condition Disclaimer

Please note that all vintage and pre-loved items may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use. Minor imperfections, natural aging, patina, scratches, creasing, fading, or interior wear should be expected and are not considered defects unless otherwise stated.

We strive to disclose and photograph all notable flaws as accurately as possible.

Variations in color may also occur due to lighting, monitor settings, or photography.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

Buyer’s remorse
Fit or sizing concerns
Change of mind
Vintage wear or aging consistent with product description
Subjective condition expectations
Shipping delays caused by carriers

Returned items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Authenticity Claims & Return Requirements

For any approved authenticity-related return request:

The buyer must contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery
The item must remain in the exact condition received
All included accessories, straps, dust bags, tags, and authentication materials must be returned
Items that show additional wear, damage, alteration, or tampering may be denied

FREETHESAINT reserves the right to seek additional authentication review prior to issuing a refund.

Refunds

If a return is approved due to verified authenticity concerns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
